About Us

Our farmstead creamery is seasonal; we milk our cows and make cheese from May to November. This traditional pattern of dairying means that we only make cheese when our cows rotationally graze through our fields and eat the lush mixture of grasses, clovers, and wild flowers that grow in the pastures. Our cheese is aged in an underground cave that we dug into a hillside that sits that above the Marsh Stream. The combination of this special aging environment and the quality of our 100% grass fed milk allows for truly unique cheese that showcases our local landscape.
