I make small batches of artisan cheese using local grass fed Ayrshire cows milk. I specialize in smoked aged and fresh cheeses - including a Whole Milk Ricotta and an Aged Gouda Style Cheese. I also make an herbed Ricotta and a variety of other aged cheeses. My products are available at local farmers markets, cheese shops, and I also sell to a few restaurants and bakeries. I do custom orders and sell directly from the farm as well. I have been making cheese for about 6 years now, and also raise and sell grass fed beef.
Selling year-round, on site by appointment, at Farmers' Markets, Cheese Shops, Co-ops, Restaurants, Fairs and events.
