Balfour Farm is a certified organic farmstead creamery. We have a closed dairy herd since 2007, which means we raise all of our animals. Only the milk from our 12 Normande cows is used to make our products- we do not buy in milk from other dairies. We have a variety of cheeses and cultured products: whole milk yogurts, low fat greek yogurts, buttermilk, cultured cream, butter, soft cheeses, feta and raw milk aged cheeses (cheddars, gouda, tomme).
